day 3 of my november diet.
I’ve really surprised myself, usually I hate dieting, it frustrates me because I always cave in so early. I feel amazing at the moment, finally feel motivated. Although its too early to notice any weight loss by only drinking water my skin is amaaaaaazing, feel so refreshed and hydrated.
Every night while Im in bed I write a “menu” for the next day, this is really helping me stick to my eating plan, plus learning how to cook new dishes ;)
ONLY RULES. no carbs after 3pm. only drink water.
day 1. MENU
Breakfast: musli & smoothie
Lunch: 1/2 tin of tomato soup with 1 slice of brown bread.
Dinner: tuna salad
day 2. MENU
Breakfast: 2 poached eggs with 1 slice of brown bread. 1 grilled portobello mushroom 2 grilled tomatoes.
Lunch: 1/2 tin of tomato soup. 1 banana.
Dinner: 1 grilled chicken breast with mediterranean salad.
day 3. MENU
Breakfast: 1 peach, berries & natural greek yogurt.
Dinner: salmon with roasted onions and peppers.
