    I'm 19 and living just out of London. Unlike my blog lights.camera.fashion this space is to express me and my personal life, from what Im doing, what Im wearing to what Im training for and how much weight Im losing. At the beginning of 2011 I changed my lifestyle into something heathier, not only did I begin my weightloss journey I starting training for triathlons, open water swims and marathons.

    Working within the Fashion and Music industry is tough, you have to stay focused but also stay grounded. My life in London is fast paced and still three years on serial, I guess I turned to sport as a stress relief and a get away not to mention the time I get to spend with my personal trainer, best friend, lover and soul mate. day 3 of my november diet.

I’ve really surprised myself, usually I hate dieting, it frustrates me because I always cave in so early. I feel amazing at the moment, finally feel motivated. Although its too early to notice any weight loss by only drinking water my skin is amaaaaaazing, feel so refreshed and hydrated. 

Every night while Im in bed I write a “menu” for the next day, this is really helping me stick to my eating plan, plus learning how to cook new dishes ;) 

ONLY RULES. no carbs after 3pm. only drink water.

day 1. MENU

Breakfast: musli & smoothie

Lunch: 1/2 tin of tomato soup with 1 slice of brown bread.

Dinner: tuna salad

day 2. MENU

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs with 1 slice of brown bread. 1 grilled portobello mushroom                  2 grilled tomatoes.

Lunch: 1/2 tin of tomato soup. 1 banana.

Dinner: 1 grilled chicken breast with mediterranean salad. 

day 3. MENU

Breakfast: 1 peach, berries & natural greek yogurt. 

Lunch: SUSHI

Dinner: salmon with roasted onions and peppers.
